Alignment Nashville acts as the central connector, or backbone, for Metro Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) — strategically aligning resources and expertise to address the complex challenges facing students, families and the broader Nashville community. As a trusted partner of MNPS and a vital voice in Nashville education, our Collaborative Initiatives work to ensure critical needs are understood and addressed through sustainable, system-level change.

Our Collaborative Initiatives, which engage hundreds of nonprofits, business leaders and community champions across Nashville/Davidson County, use something we call "Alignment Thinking" – a unique and strategic approach that guides how we work together to identify critical needs and develop effective solutions for MNPS students.
