Alignment Nashville is proud to welcome Dr. LaRhonda Dingle Magras, President & CEO of Oasis Center, to our Board of Directors. A mission-driven executive with three decades of leadership in youth development, public policy, and community transformation, Dr. Magras brings deep experience and a powerful commitment to equity and results.

At Oasis Center—one of the nation’s leading youth-serving organizations—Dr. Magras partners with the board to amplify youth voice, advance equity, and strengthen organizational impact. Her distinguished career also includes leadership roles with the Tennessee Food Bank Association, YWCA Central Alabama, YWCA Nashville & Middle Tennessee, the Mayor’s Office of Children & Youth, and the Martha O’Bryan Center.

Dr. Magras earned her Doctorate in Education from Trevecca Nazarene University, focusing on leadership and professional practice. A trusted strategist and coalition builder, she exemplifies the collaborative spirit at the heart of Alignment Nashville’s mission. We are thrilled to have her insight and leadership guiding our continued work to improve outcomes for all children in Nashville.
