Summer Reading Partners, a collaborative effort led by Alignment Nashville and the Nashville Public Library, has provided training and support to summer programs serving economically disadvantaged PreK – 4th grade students since 2018, helping them incorporate dedicated reading time and other literacy enrichment into their activities.

In 2023, it was determined that moving forward the Nashville Public Library would oversee the Summer Reading Partners program. This collaboration marks a significant step forward in the program's journey to further expand its reach, resources, and impact.
