Alignment Nashville’s news A-Team was created in 2017 to discover the new and innovative ways to recruit and retain the highest quality of educators for Metro Nashville Public Schools. The Teacher Recruitment and Retention A-Team will focus on increasing community investment in strategies that lead to increased recruitment (including enhancing internal pipelines) and retention of top notch teacher talent.
