- This position reports to the Vice President.
Primary Duties:
- General Office Coordination
- Open and close main office
- Greet visitors
- Field phone and email inquiries
- Coordinate office resources and vendor needs
- Coordinate filing and overall office organization
- Coordinate shared calendars
- Coordinate meeting reminders
- Coordinate office mail
- Provide event support
- Maintain office supplies
- Coordinate team scheduling and support
- Copy/scan/fax
- Prepare Board Meeting and Operating Board Meeting materials
- Interface with building management
- Other duties as assigned
- Attend and take minutes for Alignment Teams; prepare and submit minutes to appropriate Alignment staff in a timely manner.
- Provide direct support to Alignment Nashville Leadership Team in the development and completion of a variety of projects.

- Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office products

- Associates Degree and/or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years practical experience in a similar position.
Essentials skills & desired qualifications:
- The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts requiring normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms; use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls and observance of fire regulations.
- Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there is some walking, standing, bending and carrying of light items. Also, the employee must have manual dexterity, visual and auditory acuity.
- Some repetitive motion is involved.
