Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and a Master of Business Administration degree from Trevecca Nazarene University. Before joining the Alignment Nashville team, Andrew worked for the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services.
