We share a vision that by 2026, all of Nashville’s children and young adults, regardless of background, will receive youth-centered, high-quality, age-appropriate, and culturally-responsive social, emotional, educational, developmental, and health services needed to enjoy a long, productive, and healthy life

Since February 2020, a group of stakeholders convened by Alignment Nashville has been working to identify strategies to improve coordination among agencies and service providers in the city in order to better meet the needs of Nashville youth, especially youth who interact with multiple agencies or systems. The A-Team on Coordinated Services for Youth is a cross-sector group of representatives from child- and youth-serving organizations, organized to identify, align, and coordinate improvements in systems to better meet the needs of Nashville’s children and youth.
